Complete your Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Form 1 Application: Need help with filling your LPA application? Our volunteers are ready to guide you through the online LPA process. They will also guide you to book for a certification appointment at your preferred location after your complete the application.

Certify your LPA: Book your session with a Certificate Issuer to certify your LPA application at $30 only.
Interested attendees must attend a compulsory LPA webinar to be eligible to sign up for the certification sessions. Instructions on how to sign up for the certification sessions will be provided after the webinar.

Legacy Planning Consultation Session: Need guidance on legacy planning tools? Book a free 20-minute consultation session with legal professionals from Pro Bono SG and PEGUAM. Our experienced lawyers will help answer your questions about Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), CPF nomination, Wills, and other legacy planning matters.
One-to-One consultation sessions will be offered for those who have queries on legacy planning.
